Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales administration and credit control functions;
  • Work closely with solicitors on timely preparation and signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement and loan documentations;
  • Check data accuracy in Customer Forms, Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan documentation;
  • Liaise with Bankers and contact Customers to obtain missing information or answer queries;
  • Maintain and update Sales and Customer records in the IFCA system;
  • Ensure progress billings are generated as per architect certificate in a timely manner, and follow-up on payments with Customer or Bankers within stipulated time frame in the invoices;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports e.g. SPA signing reports, billings and collection reports etc;
  • Stay up-to-date on latest development, changes or amendments in the Malaysia Housing Development Act;
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as a Sales Administration / Credit Control Executive with a Property Development company;
  • SPM, STPM and/or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management;
  • Strong knowledge in sales administration and credit control functions and processes are essential, and must be familiar with developer system such as IFCA
  • Good organization and multitasking skills
