• Plan and implement all sales and marketing activities. This includes monitoring the efficiency and cost of all activities.
  • Plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
  • Advise on space planning and design matters in relation to the marketability of project.
  • Advise on project pricing and packaging.
  • Oversee marketing related activities such as exhibitions, sales launches, events/programmes and functions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, provide conceptualization and preparation of advertisement materials.


  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in property development.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, able to produce English copywriting. Command of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
